The Allocate screen is displayed when Auto enrich is clicked after selecting a production order in the production order fulfillment screen (go to Manufacturing ➔ Entries ➔ Issue). This screen allows you to reserve materials for a production order. This is to ensure that the appropriate amount of materials is available for the fulfillment of the production order.
This section lists the materials required for producing the selected item.
This section lists the materials that are available to be allocated to the selected item.
Click this to generate a production order for the selected material.
Click this to generate a purchase order for the selected material.
Click this to view the production order for the selected material.
Click this to view the purchase order that was generated for the selected material in the Free section.
Click this to allocate the material to the production order.
Click this to remove the allocated material from the production order. This will free up the material for other uses.
Click this to exit.
